PLCS Coilpipe trailers are available in Single & Twin Axle chassis with alternative loading options including Autolift or fully Autoload versions. Single Axle designs offer maximum maneuverability, especially on rough terrain, while Twin Axle designs provide maximum stability for the largest coils. Autolift and Autoload trailers are only built in a Twin Axle format. The trailers can lay all known coil sizes of PE pipe, including 6" heavy wall pressure pipe, while operating efficiently in confined spaces but maintain the ability to lay high volumes, at high speed, across country. • Dispenses heavy & light wall PE up to 1400ft. of 4" SDR 11 and 500ft. coils of 6" SDR 11.
• Fully adaptable to 2" and 3" coil pipe operations with fast conversion between pipe sizes for any coil format.
• Coil rotates on an adjustable spider suspended on two stub axles, delivering the lowest pull-off loads of any PE coil pipe trailer.
• Height of coil support spider is easily adjusted for different coil sizes by a hand pump or battery powered hydraulic jack system.
• The Standard and Autolift trailers are loaded using a stationary backhoe with the coil never more than 3 ft. above the ground.
• The Autolift version uses a solar charged, battery powered, hydraulic package for direct loading and lifting of the coil.
• The Autoload trailer adds a ramped rear loading deck and a winch-loading package to roll on vertical coils from a pallet or the ground.

PLCS Rerounder-Straightener works with all PLCS Coilpipe Trailers to correct the ovality of large diameter coiled PE pipe. The straightening action eliminates the high level of stored energy from the coil, making the pipe much safer to handle and easier to fuse.

• Locks directly to the rear frame of a PLCS Coilpipe Trailer without adding extra length.
• Easily removable for storage, or to another trailer.
• Automatically re-rounds and straightens 3 inch to 6 inch PE pipe during uncoiling.
• Cannot over-squeeze the pipe if the uncoiling operation is stopped for any reason.
• The pipe is automatically held in the correct orientation throughout the
  coil dispensing process.
